Join us in celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) with a special limited-edition beer release at Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op. Introducing "Into the Woods," a unique sahti-style beer brewed using time-honored Nordic techniques. The wort is drawn through a pine log or juniper twigs, creating fantastic outdoorsy flavors that truly capture the essence of our forests.
