Audio Universe: Tour of the Solar System

Experience the Solar System in a whole new way—aboard a spacecraft that transforms cosmic objects into sound! This captivating 35-minute show takes the audience on an extraordinary journey, beginning at the European Southern Observatory’s Very Large Telescope (VLT), where they observe the night sky before launching into space. From there, they travel to the Earth, Moon, Sun, and all the planets of the Solar System.  

Unlike traditional planetarium shows, sound takes center stage in this immersive experience. Each celestial object is not only presented in breathtaking 4K resolution but also represented through sound. Listeners can hear the stars emerge and the planets orbit around them, creating a sensory-rich adventure accessible to all, regardless of vision ability. While designed to educate children, this show offers an unforgettable and engaging experience for audiences of all ages.
