Alaska Adventures (In-Person & Live-Streamed LAM Talk)

In August of 2023, Olivia, Kate, Raz and I ventured for a backpack into the remote Revelation Mountains, the western-most range within the Great Alaska Range, home to Denali. We braved tundra, thickets, and raging streams, enjoyed an air show, experimented with blueberry recipes, and learned to play cribbage. Find out about our revelations at the meeting!

About the Presenter:

Tanja grew up in Bavaria and spent spring and fall vacations hiking in the alps with her parents, skiing in the winters. Her love for the outdoors has inspired her many adventures all over the world, including bike touring, climbing, high altitude mountaineering, whitewater canoeing, caving, cave diving, skiing, snowboarding, and her current favorite, backpacking.
