Nature Odyssey: The Art of Exploration

Get ready for an unforgettable summer adventure with PEEC’s Nature Odyssey day camp! Each day brings new mysteries to uncover as we explore the parks, trails, and natural spaces of Los Alamos and northern New Mexico. From creating personalized nature journals to hands-on experiments in ecology, campers will dive into the wonders of the environment around them with curiosity and excitement. With plenty of laughter, discovery, and outdoor fun, this camp is the perfect way to spark a love for nature and make memories that will last a lifetime. Join us for a week of exploration, learning, and adventure in the great outdoors!

Nature Odyssey is guided by seasoned educators with First Aid certification, ensuring a safe environment for every camper. Our experienced team designs camps that holistically address each participant's physical, mental, and emotional well-being, fostering a transformative and enriching summer experience.

This camp meets daily, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Campers must be dropped off at Los Alamos Nature Center between 8:45 and 9:00 AM and picked up between 4:00 and 4:15 PM each day. Participants must be entering grades 4, 5, or 6 in Fall 2025.
