Discover the amazing world of insects at Nature at Night: Summer Series with special guests from the Santa Fe Reptile and Bug Museum!
Explore the nature center after hours with themed activities, crafts, and outdoor fun for all ages. Starting at 5 PM, enjoy a special guest experience featuring live insects and other fascinating invertebrates, with opportunities to observe them up close and learn what makes these tiny creatures so important to our ecosystems.
Wade Harrell is the founder of the Santa Fe Reptile and Bug Museum, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating people about the earth's most misunderstood creatures!
Nature at Night is a free weekly program at the Los Alamos Nature Center, happening Wednesdays from 4–6 PM. During June and July, the Summer Series includes special guest presenters beginning at 5 PM, adding even more opportunities to connect with nature.
